It’s just a short poem I decided to write. In this little universe Harm and Mac have finally gotten it all right!

Happy New Year, someone said to me
yesterday when I turned the key.
I turned around and he was there,
the One for me, the one who cares.
People for years had been seeing
what we ourselves stopped believing.
That love is true, and you can not hide
from what you really feel inside.

So let us now all join our hands
and pray for those who love through out our lands.
For those who suffer from love once lost,
and those who give it all, no matter the cost.
I hope you all like me will see
that love is giving, selfless and free
But I must warn you, that once you try,
The Gods will not let you settle, not even for a spy!

My love for Him will never die
Even though my heart sometimes will be shy.
To tell the truth of how I feel
May sometimes feel much too real.
Then I think of how much we almost gave away
because of dumb reasons, and I begin to pray.
Thank you Lord, for giving us the second chance
we both would have missed at a first glance.

True love grows and helps our hearts
see that a soul is made of two parts.
One is me, the girl, lonely and scared.
The other is Him, the one who cared.
So I must say, as the time goes by;
a new year is comming and to the old, goodbye!
So let us all gather and release our fear,
raise our glasses and wish each other a Happy New Year!
